Privacy notice
What we collect through this site, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.
This text sets out the structure and the facts as we understand them. It is reviewed by counsel before go-live, and the reviewed version replaces this one. If anything here matters to a decision you are making now, write to hello@agenticobjects.ai and ask.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the D-CAT Group entity named in the final version of this notice. Contact: hello@agenticobjects.ai.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: name, work e-mail, company, role, country, data platform, the business domain you name, and anything you write in a free-text field.
We do not buy contact data, we do not enrich what you send us from third-party sources, and we do not track you across other sites.
Why we process it
To reply to the request you made — a pilot enquiry, a question, a partner registration, or sending you a paper you asked for.
If, and only if, you ticked the optional box, to tell you once when the next paper is published. That consent is recorded with its timestamp and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
The people at D-CAT Group who answer enquiries. Our mail provider carries the message, and any other processor is named here before it is used.
What you send is recorded in our customer relationship system, Zoho CRM, so that a person can answer you and so that the request is not lost. Zoho Corporation processes it on our behalf.
A notification of each enquiry, including what you wrote, reaches those same people through a private Telegram group. Telegram carries that message.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a conversation is deleted after twelve months. An enquiry that becomes a commercial relationship is kept for as long as that relationship and the retention period the law requires of us.
The optional publication-notice consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and Chapter III of the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to hello@agenticobjects.ai and a person will answer.
