What is set, and when
Nothing that is not strictly necessary is set before you accept. If you decline, no analytics request leaves your browser at all — the tag is not loaded, not merely told to ignore you.
The complete list of cookies, with names and lifetimes, is published here once the analytics provider is chosen and configured. Writing the list before the implementation exists would be a guess, and a cookie notice that guesses is worse than none.
What is not set
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking pixels. No social network tags.

Your choice is remembered in your browser and can be changed at any time from the link in the footer.
